Rude employees. Get an airbnb instead. skylight dome in our yurt is covered in tarp because a tree fell on it. It wss raining and some rain rain dripped inside. Instead of transferring us to a different yurt, they still assigned the said to us. When we asked front desk to be transferred to a different yurt, she refused because "all yurts are occupied" which they weren't.
