My boiler and water-heater, as well as the gas-lines that fed them, all desperately needed to be replaced. The cold weather is around the corner, and I really needed to have it all assessed and addressed. I called several companies. Nobody else even called me back. When I made the decision to replace everything (a stressful decision), they got everything in motion right then and there. As I write this review (right after signing on the dotted line), they re already removing the faulty appliances and gas-lines. In a day and age in which nobody answers or returns your calls, and you re always told this or that is gonna take a while and you ll just have to wait, it s pretty great to have important stuff like this tackled immediately.
