I would give no stars if I could. Over-tightened my chain to the point it damaged the counter shaft seal (verified by an independent and capable motorcycle mechanic) and then wouldn't warrant it (they did offensively offer 15% off their already excessive service fees to fix their own mistake). The Honda company was just as bad and wouldn't listen to a complaint about CMC. So I go elsewhere for new bikes, tyres, accessories etc and I advise everyone to do the same; I hope others don't suffer this appalling attitude to doing business.
