For a second Tohapi experience, we are extremely disappointed, after a first problem with the size of the Mobile home (booked 1 double bed room and a 3 single bed room, received 1 double bed room and a 2 single bed room), we end up with a broken microwave, a leaking siphon, a switch with visible electric wires, not to mention cleanliness! Even if the staff were responsive to "their little worries", we won't be leaving with Tohapi anymore! When we called the reservation center we had no reaction, other than asking the campsite to reclassify us at our expense! This is totally absurd since we had already paid more by booking in early booking than the price displayed at the campsite reception for our holiday period! (Response from the booking center: prices fluctuate, as in the Airlines companies ! ) ; Not to mention the fact that the campsite was full, which made the "move" impossible.
The campsite is nevertheless, very well maintained, two beautiful swimming pools, one with slides and playgrounds, delight children!
