A nice place for a getaway. The staff were really polite and professional but overall I'm still pretty disappointed for this is a luxury 5star hotel. We stayed during covid phase2 period so no buffet for brealfast but the option given were really pathetic and not nice. I had congee with dimsum (6pieces) both are cold, no fruits, no dessert given and feel like they were understaff, constantly need to request to fill up water, get spoons etc.

Check-in experience is bad. I waited 2hrs. Expecting to check-in at 2pm (did the pre-register, got the hotel sms) but it was only ready at 3.50pm. I had late checkout given but still this is unexpected.
