We were very through in our hotel selection and wanted to find something close to downtown to justify not have to keep finding parking so we can walk to everywhere. I do not believe we made the right choice.

In several districts nearby you can find a 4 start hotel for 100$. These guys want 200+ for a single night. The hotel has some major renovations going on and very expensive parking (35$). Though all the public parking places charge like 15$ for 2 hours (so it s bad everywhere).

Pro:
Close to everything
Room was spacious

Cons:
Renovations
Expensive parking
Room had space but mostly empty
SHEETS HAVE NOT BEEN CHANGED
No microwave
Upon check-in we were approached by a Wyndham employee who was trying to get us to go to a Timeshare sales event under pretense of free breakfast. Google Wyndham 7 day vacation and see how sketchy that is - waste of time (2+ hours) and high pressure sales. We didn t go, but this was unpleasant.
Tiny TV
Water in room was 7$ (stop by Dollar store instead).
Rooms are a little old, broken outlets etc
Surroundings were noisy - especially at night
The view was nothing special - don t book based on what the view could be, it s not.
A/C worked nice and cold by had questionable controls

TLDR;

Overall I grade this to be an overpriced 2.5 star hotel, not 4. I wouldn t stay here again.
