I had a great experience purchasing my X3 at BMW London. To be completely honest, my heart was set initially on a Mercedes.. After going to the Mercedes dealership, I was deflated (customer service was mediocre and the warranty was a little lacking in such an expensive car) on the way home I thought I would just stop in and check out BMW. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They didn t try to up sell me, and the warranty/maintenance package is amazing.
