Today I took my dog to WRVC. She had been having gastrointestinal issues for a few days. I had actually taken her to another emergency clinic the day before. They charged me a lot of money and left me with no answers or meds for her issue. And they weren t done gouging me yet. They wanted me to leave her overnight and run more xrays and such in the morning. I didn t feel good about it and pulled her out of there. I talked to WRVC the next day, they were able to squeeze me in and see me the same day. A Saturday no less. All of the staff was great and even with covid restrictions I knew exactly what was happening with my pup the entire time she was inside. Most reasonable vet bill I have ever paid and had answers within 15 minutes of getting to the building. Compare that to 8 hours the day before at the other place with almost no communication from the staff and I left thinking my pup may have a serious medical condition that she didn t have. Thank you to all the staff working today! River will be back!
