What a Top company with fantastic people and well-trained staff
Think carefully before you go into business with these people before they have son Thierry who has no knowledge of the matter and only makes a point. And that you now say hello I was not what you had thought, I will also say if I was hahahaha now tell the truth and people some chores are going well but 90 percent go so badly.
There is no agreement to be made with this company. They come by when they feel like it, don't call back, don't communicate when they leave, even when the problem isn't resolved. After many calls, they visited a total of 5 times for the same thing. Last time they were there they left again while they were aware of the problem. So problem was not solved by them, and it was minor. A hose in the toilet blocked the flushing mechanism. Been working with this company for weeks. The final bill in terms of hourly wages did not match what was communicated earlier.
Awful service. Repeatedly failed to fixed problems and then doubled an invoice with no explanation.
Sat with hands in the hair with a leak and only access to a damp crawl space. Other companies do not have time and if they had time it was not the best job, so 'rather call someone else' was the response. TB. After my phone call, W. Janssen asked for an assignment by email and immediately resolved the problem without any hassle. I am left with the feeling of trust and good service. Definitely use this company more often! Watch out! They do nothing when they were suppose to and dare billing you afterwards! Even if on their site it says that they will come freely for advices and quotes...watch out!
Due to a fitting error in our toilet, the pot was detached from the wall. This error has been corrected free of charge. Very nice. Good service!
This company only wants to work with its own material ... as a consumer you always pay too much. Company is hiding behind quality leaflet addition: ... The company's response below does not cover the load. Suppose you buy a central heating boiler and you want to have it installed, or you want to have your own floor heating installed .... then you cannot go to this company. You are forced to purchase certain brands. therefore you as a consumer always pay more.
Reliable, knowledgeable and fast. Thierry and his team helped me enormously in a situation that required immediate support. Ted took the time to properly analyze the situation and managed to resolve this quickly. I heartily recommend them!
