ABSOLUTELY worst company to go with. They rip you off and try scam as much money as possible from you. WORST customer service department I have ever dealt with, they couldn't answer any of my questions and "I don't know" was supposed to be a suffice answer as to where my money went. Further more they removed a $200 "Courtesy fee" for buying out early of my lease because "its a courtesy we don't have to give it to you" after my buyout plan was lowered because they didn't change the lowered interest rate, so basically wouldn't give it to me because I made sure I was buying for the right amount of money, not the extra $1500 they had originally added to my buy out plan. Disgusting behavior, and will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well. BUYER BEWARE! I will also be letting local dealerships know not to use this company, and will be spreading the word around locally and on social media to bring attention to how awful my experience has been. Companies like this one make it impossible to fix your credit/get ahead. This company has discouraged me from ever doing business again like this, lesson learnt, and I hope to pass this message/lesson along to other young adults trying to fix their credit.. USING TREND FINANCIAL AND SIMILAR COMPANIES IS NOT THE WAY TO DO IT!!!!
