Went to Nico for a keratin treatment. The Salon is beautiful, the people are friendly. The treatment, terrible. The results washed out within 3 weeks and I do not wash my hair daily. I have been receiving keratin treatments for the past 3 years and this has been the worst experience I have ever had. I wrote a note to complain and was offered to come in and fix it that day- even though in my note it stated I wouldn't be back in the area for another week or so- then crickets on my response to them What a disappointment since I recently moved and was looking for a full service salon. Would never recommend this place for anything. It is all show....
