I dont usually leave reviews, however, on this occasion I'm compaled to do so for the following reasons - my dealing with Ms Michele West was professional, responsive and my claim was also successful.

I have used other firms in the past and I have to say that I was not satisfied with the level of service and communication, not to mention the delay in the claim.
