Dinner and an overnight stay are a must-do. The tasting menu at dinner is one-of-a-kind. Blaine Wetzel is cooking at a high level using ingredients native to the island and nearby. Breakfast the next morning is also excellent, and completes the experience. The accommodations are rustic, but the overall experience is great. If you have children, they will arrange for members of the staff to babysit for an extra fee. Not to be missed.
