Terrible operation. No way to talk to a real person and and online help only answers the questions UBER WANTS TO ANSWER NOT YOUR QUESTIONS. Make a mistake and there is no way to cancel or change your trip. Tried to set up a trip for 3 days from now and UBER sent the driver IMMEDIATELY. Driver was here in 3 minutes. Just 3 days early. And it cost me $5........ I will never deal with a company that refuses to talk to customers and provides no way to resolve issues that are not on the small UBER list of issues. Even the instructions to cancel your account through the app doesn't work.
