This review is for Town Audi's Service Department. Very Knowledgeable people behind the desk and they didn't oversell the services. Timely completion and a decent waiting area. Special Shout out to Kevin Fayerweather.

Update: I noticed oil was leaking a bit after the service (oil change). I thought it must be spilled oil. But the leak didn't stop. So took the car back to Town Audi after a week. My car which passed the Multi Point Inspection with flying colors a week ago have oil leak in 3 places and transmission fluid leak in 1 place now. Please note that the multi point inspection result sheet have a specific item to check for oil leaks.
At least Town Audi didn't charge for me for the diagnosis.
Next comes the quote to fix all those oil leaks. OF COURSE, it will cost me an arm and a leg. My problem with the quote was the parts cost. It was 15 to 20 percentage more than the quoted price in the official audi parts usa website. I ended up buying the parts by myself and got it fixed in a local garage for 50% less than the Town Audi's quote.

Conclusion:
1. Don't reply on their "MULTI POINT INSPECTION'. it's B***S**T'.
2. Always check the parts cost in audi parts usa website before accepting the quote if you choose to do the service with them.
