You would think with a billion dollar corporation ...

You would think with a billion dollar corporation you would get amazing customer service and be able to get through to the corporate office, but it's the complete opposite. I've called a ridiculous amount of times and they never respond back to me. I even went as far as trying to add a few of the owners on LinkedIn and no luck. The regional manager in my area is unhelpful, only sees black and white, lacks all manners and possibly racist as well.
