My son and I stopped by yesterday to look at a car we had seen online. The experience started very positive with a friendly receptionist greeting us and showing us where we could get some free coffee while she arranged for someone to meet with us. We met with Nik Barrows. He showed us the car we were interested in and we went on a test drive. He knows a lot of details and I believe he used to be a mechanic. Nik explained the features of the car and when we discussed price he was prepared to listen to our thoughts and we came to an agreement. Nik always stayed very polite and professional. My son and I went to lunch and when we came back the car had been pulled up for us, freshly detailed and ready to go. They even filled up the tank with gas! There were some documents to be signed and we were done. Overall a very positive experience and I will definitely come back when it's time too get my next car.
