My best friend was transferred to this facility an...

My best friend was transferred to this facility and I was alarmed at what I witnessed. My friend had a massive stroke 1 month ago and they put her in a wheelchair and let her "roam" (as the nurse said) the halls. She has a wrist band that says "fall risk". No one is watching her and there is no alarm connected to her chair should she try and get out. This is an accident waiting to happen. I would not recommend this facility. I am afraid for my friend. God keep her safe.
