While I won't blame this company for the ineptitud...

While I won't blame this company for the ineptitude of the physicians office that turned me over to collections (they are famous for not billing the correct insurance provider), I will say that I find it very frustrating to call them and be put on hold for over 20 minutes then to have the call disconnect. Thanks for allowing me to write a review while I wait on hold.
