I was not initially able to make my stay at Little Arrow due to a funeral. I called to reschedule, and was immediately charged for my entire stay and my stay was canceled. I spoke to the owners about my displeasure with this (can't plan ahead for a funeral), and they immediately apologized and told me they would work with me.

I am now looking forward to getting our follow-up stay scheduled. The owner was extremely understanding, and said she has since had subsequent conversations with the staff about circumstances like this. For what it's worth, even the lady who took my call and charged us for the original reservation was very nice, she was just doing her job.

I look forward to updating this review with the highlights of our stay at Little Arrow, and until then, would like to give my vote of confidence to the ownership and staff of this establishment.
