Eric is awesome to deal with. He s honest and a man of his word , which is hard to come by anymore. He bends over backwards to be accommodating to whom he s working with. I imagine the negative review is someone who didn t get their way and was difficult for anyone to work with. I have had numerous dealings with Eric and never a problem. He s the first person that comes to mind if anyone needs to rent a home and I personally have given plenty of referrals to friends and family. Take my advice and you won t be sorry
