I don't think this should fall under a place to be reviewed as it's a company. Anyways, good location, lot of Food courts around, good connectivity. Not a bad location for a company. Visitor parking is limited and you can park in Audio House next door or in HDB car park further up.

Any job available here for diploma mechanical engineering?

Management is not responsible especially hire new staff. Few days after interview, they will not give you an answer even they want to reject you. After few weeks, they had only reply you that you are rejected but without giving any reason.
