**update**The store manager just called and cleared up a lot of confusion the first employee I spoke to created. He's going to switch out the seat for me so that I can get the best fitting chair possible without spending more money. Thank you so much! I love the chair other than the seat.** Beware! You cannot return anything directly to the store if you special order it. After they've made the sale, then you will be told to go to the manufacturer and that you have to pay return shipping on a HUGE item + a restocking fee if you don't like it or it doesn't fit right. I feel like they should have been upfront about this during the sale. There's a tiny link at the bottom of the invoice but you have to go to a website to see the return policy. I spent $700 on special order chair that THEY help me configure. When I got the chair, the seat seems too small. So, I called and asked about the proper fit of my chair and they were completely unhelpful. The employee's suggestion was for me to come back and look at other chairs if I wanted to buy another one. WHAT??? Spend another $700? Why buy local if they don't help you after the sale or care if you are satisfied? I might as well have just bought it off the internet but I thought that going to the store would be better. My bad I guess. But, rest assured, I will never give this store my business again and will go out of my way to make sure others know to avoid them too.
