Upon arriving, you could tell my room wasn't completely clean, as I noticed when I took a shower hair still there that was not mine (obviously) and grime from the rim of a shampoo bottle or whatever. My room had 2 beds (room 314). I chose the wrong one initially and by 3am my first night,, I felt practically crippled. The springs were so old. I managed to roll out and thankfully spent the rest of my stay in the better one. Upon leaving, I was told that my room key would allow me out of the parking garage. I left with my conference colleagues, we all sat in a ridiculous line as others, including myself, repeatedly tried our failed keys and tickets we were given to no avail until we pressed the assistance button. No one answerd or came. They just eventually opened the gate, one at a time in that manner. There was a really nice worker passing by who had a leg brace, though and hobbled back to the main lobby to get help. Oh, also, during my long wait in line to get out of the parking garage, I tried to call the front lobby several times for assistance with this exiting nightmare. No one answered the phone! I let it ring and ring! I finally called the the reservation line and that rep could not connect me and simply told me to call back. I would Not Stay here again.
