This company totally ripped us off. I cancelled my account with them, after they tried to charge me more money for transactions, and a so called early termination fee for an automatic renewal that I never agreed to. When I cancelled my account the rep on the phone never informed me about this fee, when common courtesy would have warranted it. The collections rep on the phone that works directly for the merchant was extremely rude as well. I would not remommend this company to any small business ever.
