As someone who visited over a 100 hotels in my life span i can say that my stay at DoubleTree could be decsribed as subpar. I could go on about how unwelcoming this place is ranging from phone not getting answered repeatedly , to hotel not providing the absolute base minimum fresh towels (even when asked 3 times in 3 separate occasions getting told it will be sent to my room). The rooms lack cleanness when it comes to bathrooms (uknown hair spread everywhere, air conditioning filters(it litterly smells like dirty socks everytime i'm forced to put the ac on.
