Tried to open a money market account with this ban...

Tried to open a money market account with this bank. Nothing they did worked correctly. Their online bank transfer mechanism didn't work. When i reached someone and they tried to transfer money manually they screwed that up as well. Every time you called them you were sure to have to wait on hold with no estimate of how long the hold would be. Invariably, the first person couldn't help you and you would be transferred to a different department starting a new hold period. Fortunately i found another bank with a higher deposit rate and put my money there. Good riddance Citibank!
