I bought a kitchen from IKEA on Thursday 5/11 and ...

I bought a kitchen from IKEA on Thursday 5/11 and while I was told I would receive it in 2 working days in Glyfada today Tuesday 10/11 I am still waiting to be told when they will deliver it to me !!! And worst of all, "customer service" doesn't answer the phone !!!
