Since 2016 I have been subscribed with them for my mutual health insurance. I have been paying 10 more since 2016 and have been trying for over a year to shut down my mutual with them but so far I have never managed to terminate.
Now I'm going to send a mail and if that doesn't work I'll put justice through their path.
