The wonderful people at Treasure Valley Hospice have been there for me and my family on several occasions. My father made the decision that he was ready for hospice. I called Treasure Valley Hospice on Saturday morning and the social worker and nurse met with us a few hours later. By the end of the day my dad had the medical equipment in his room that would allow him to be comfortable. He only lived a week but that week was one of comfort and peace thanks to the caring hospice staff. My brother was at the end of his life after a four year fight with colon cancer. I called Kim at Treasure Valley many times for advice and support. She picked up the phone every time even though we never did bring them on - my brother passed away in the hospital but staff at Treasure Valley has called me several times to check on me. Recently my 94 year old Aunt has had some serious health issues. Again, Terri and Kim always picked up the phone when I called and gave me advice and support. They are ready to jump in at any moment when my aunt needs them. I feel so fortunate that I found Treasure Valley Hospice at such a sad, challenging time - they helped me so much!
