We travelled 6 hours for an esophageal manometry and for my son s 2:00pm appointment we waited past 4:00pm without being seen. We were asked to arrive 30 minutes early and due to the trip, we made sure to be early. However, we were expected to wait more than 2 hours past his appointment time. We have had difficulty getting phone calls returned after holding for more than 45 minutes, the scheduler s voicemail was full. Lots of difficulties!
