I took one home from school the other night because it was detrimentally cold outside to wait for a bus and rainy weather. The driver was okay at first. Then he started to speed and blew through a red light cutting off several cars. I asked for a refund on account of the drivers behavior.

All of the customer service respondents were from India. They refused. They also refused to put me in touch with their corporate office, despite me displaying to them in an email the local traffic laws in my area.
