STAY WELL CLEAR.. I am not joking when I say that I have never experienced worse customer service anywhere in my entire life. My bike required replacement brake handles. I took it in in the 18th of August. I was informed that the order would be placed and that it would take 2-3 days. 1 week later I was still waiting. The phone system was down so I could not phone them. There was no obvious email address either so I went into the shop. I was informed that the order would take longer. Upon asking how long they could not tell me. I decided to leave it a little longer and see how it went. One week later nothing. Again I went back in person. I enquired why no one had called or emailed me with an update. I received a load of excuses but nothing like an apology. I left it further as the bike was not safe to ride. I then had a holiday booked so left the bike for a further week. Again no one tried to call or email to confirm the status of the order. Just left in limbo. Upon returning from holiday I had enough so ordered the parts on Amazon. They arrived the next day (yesterday) and today I took the parts in for fitting. Again I enquired why no attempt to contact me had been made. No apology just some pathetic excuses about systems. (Like a system prevents you picking up the phone for a bike you have had sitting in your workshop for nearly 3 weeks!)... once the parts I provided were with them they did fit fairly quickly however they have charged me for a new back break pad which quite simply has not been changed- feels exactly the same as before - worn! I will now have to return for a refund !

I am told that some issues are due to the recent take over by Soorts Direct. But as above some of this was just basic keeping me informed - or rather lack of it!

IF YOU HAVE A REPAIR ISSUE AT THE MOMENT STAY AWAY. They don t care enough to pick up the phone or send you an update email. Go elsewhere.
