I have been hosting for over a year and my experience is ok.Today I was a cancellation fee. I have instant booking and it was clear that cancellations were penalty free. I was told by customer service that I picked the wrong reason ( whatever that means) which made the system charge me and not allow refunds. There's nothing mentioned in the policy about such a thing. Dishonest and ridiculous
