What a nightmare, went in for an oil change and wash, picked up car my G wagon with no sound from Stereo, bluetooth, Nav, went back they said it was AMP and they would pay half. I found it fishy and had to leave to do some charity work then vacation, when I came back they said offer had expired!! So went to court, the detailer that washed my truck said when he got it, it had a pool of water on my drivers seat(right above the amp) and on the drivers floor and on my dash!!! He took it to his manager and she told him to vacuum it up and park it outside!!! i still lost the case bc the techs swore under oath it wasnt water damage but people just beware!!! My favorite was when i asked why they gave me my vehicle back with no sound they said oh we turn it off the whole time we have it!! so my AMP blew with no power and not being on!! LOL

Make sure you get them to write down that everything is working before you go or go to another dealer.
