I went in yesterday to get my rook and tragus pierced and the experience was great!! Kirsten explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. It was very quick and didn't hurt as much as I thought it would. I will definitely be coming back here for more piercings/tattoos and I have already recommended this place to two friends.
