Update: They contacted everyone that did not get this promo code and refunded it. They also refunded my membership. Changing from a one to a three star star because they are still too expensive.
Poor Customer Service...very disappointed. Refused to honor a promo code promotion. All I wanted was a credit for the 20% promo code LOVE. So I will return the order to sender & my membership is now cancelled. My daughter is a new consultant.. She is now very upset and disenchanted with Beauty Counter. Come on! Forty Bucks, people? Ridiculous. And I work in customer service. I know what is good customer service, and what is not customer friendly.

Horrible products and even worse "customer service." No response to several of my emails. This line is garbage - don't waste your money.

For Christmas I received the Citrus Mimosa hand wash and hand cream. These products are outstanding, The ingredients to their products are unparalled and safe. I thank my daughter in law for thinking of me with such a special gift. Highly recommend these products for a gift for yourself or someone else. Thank you.
