I attended this university as an online transient ...

I attended this university as an online transient student and I feel they are completely unprepared to handle any type of online course work. They funnel all calls to an online call center with techs who have little to no ability to do or explain how anything works at the university and just recommend that you make an appointment on campus. Since I lived two hours away, this wasn't an option so I essentially got stuck playing phone tag for a week before I could get any issue resolved with this University. Do yourself a favor and do not attend this institution. The staff is unresponsive and unhelpful, the online learning systems are convoluted and circuitous. It feels less like a college and more like scam designed to take your money and run you around the ringer.
