Thanks for nothing #Hopper! After spending several hours in communication with you regarding our December 2017 flights to/from St Martin in the Caribbean, you turn around and tell me that the flight is not cancelled so therefore it is not able to be refunded! I am not sure if you realize the island is FLATTENED! Our #Airbnb cancelled our reservation and gave us a full refund in lieu of accommodation not being in existence anymore within 10 minutes of contacting them and you tell us you cannot return our money? Are we supposed to fly into an island where we cannot stay and pitch a tent on the beach? Please use your common sense and realize this is a natural disaster. Now is not the time for tourists like us to be on the island putting more stress on non-existent services. We are not trying to get our way out of paying for a flight, we just simply want our money back so we can book a Christmas holiday. We are even happy to take Hopper flight credit. This is a joke! You call yourself a Travel Agent?
