Horrible staff. Called in to enquire but the staff were very rude and unprofessional in their approach. They were very quick to point out the things that i couldn't do without even hearing out what I was going to say. For a 5 star resort/hotel, unfortunately this is unacceptable.

I do not feel welcomed at all, nor do I feel that the staff was trying to understand what I wanted. 0 customer service.
