I saw a truck listed at $6,400.00. I arrived at the dealership 20 minutes before they opened and was in the buying process very quickly.We came to an agreement on the truck at the $6,400.00 asking price. The dealer led me on for hours until I had to leave and never returned my calls. I saw the truck re-listed at $11,999.00 the next day. The dealership must have had a lot of response from their listing and decided to screw me and up the price. They ran my credit through several financial institutions until I was denied so they have an excuse to cover their butt. My original offer was $1000.00 down and was told at one point that for the age of the truck it may not be enough down. I told Brent I could put half down and was never able to talk to anyone their again. I inquired online about the truck and a few days later got an email that it was sold. Auburn Chevrolet has shady business practices and I will never recommend them to anyone.
