Unresponsive to emails and held to ransom, they demanded an uncapped sum of money from me to complete the transaction after initially agreeing what the fees would be. They told me this was because they were running out of time, but they were only running out of time because they took a week to respond to my emails!

Thankfully I found another firm who could help me with the transaction that was responsive, more competent and cheaper.

Wouldn't recommend using Canter Levin & Berg to anyone.
