I was helped by Delaney(sp) and it was by far the best experience I have had at the dealership. I ve had many other service writers and i always felt like they would talk to me like I didn t t know anything or I was being talked to like I was a young girl. They would say they would call me when the car was done and majority of the time I would have to call them towards the end of the day. They also would call my husband often to tell him MY car was done.

Not this time. Delaney called and I got a text sooner than I thought it would be done. She was nice and helpful. Thank you.
