Matt was great through the whole process, and he made sure we understood the process and answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!). He made sure we were able to fix all of the damages from a water leak, and he kept us informed throughout the process. He really went above and beyond and made us feel confident and taken care of throughout our entire claim. Highly recommend!
