I ve had numerous bug problems, and the maintenance people are rude. They keep emailing me if I want to renew my lease, but NO WAY. The marquee really sucks and if you re looking for a fun time in college, the marquee is definitely not the right choice. I also heard that there were stabbings a couple years back... yikes. I suggest living elsewhere.
