Misleading and lack of urgency/care.

Sold my F-150 to the used car division of Young Subaru on September 22nd. Had a loan on it but it was for less than it was worth. I was told that I would have my check in the mail by end up of week, or early the next week at latest. I still haven't received it. I followed up with my sales rep and they still weren't able to give me an ETA. Their competitor down the street gives a check same day. I regret my decision to not go with them.
