Hello I was just at Alexandra resort week of July 21st and it was just ok. Very misleading you lucky you can get a drink by the pool at all and you are not getting service in the water by the beach with a tuxedo tshirt that was misleading and not facts. You were on your own. The gift shop is the limited but ok. The bartenders for the most part were ok but no personality at all except for the girl at Tiki bar she rocked you need to teach hospitality there is none at all. The manager was not helpful nice but lazy she said we are at capacity and I can't give you adjoining rooms there was no one at the resort at all it was dead and boring it was another lie. Alexandra was the most boring resort I ever been to no music at the pool at all no activities I was sleeping by 7pm most nights it was so boring. The food was same stuff everyday but tasted very good Caribbean night was really good and fish fry fattening but delicious I heard from other guests we had left already. The one thing they did do is make my son what he wanted to eat he is picky Keisha is the best chef very sweet she is what saved the trip. I learned a lesson stay at Beaches no one has anything on Beaches. We met a great family from Staten Island where we are from wish they were there longer they made our 2nd day better, sorry about the cell phone Stacey..
