Renting an apartment in NYC can be a daunting experience, that's why I felt like I'd won the lottery when William Monge was the broker showing the East Village apartment listed. From the first meeting late Wednesday evening, to the actual lease signing on Friday, William kept running text conversation and handled every detail! Plus, with his connections to other businesses, we were actually moved from old apartment to new apartment by Saturday afternoon and new locks by Sunday!! Amazing. William Monge is true to his word, and went above and beyond to get us not only signed but moved, as well. I can't say it enough, how refreshing to work with a person of such integrity and amazing work ethic.
