horrible horrible horrible company! unwilling to work with you in any way to make your payments lowered and realistic. the lower your credit score the higher your payments will be. their goal is to screw you with their inability to be flexible. their customer service is rude and unaccepting of your financial situation. if i had known before purchasing a car and i would be dealing with reliable credit i would just looked elsewhere. this company wants you to fail!!
