We had such a lovely stay here. Customer service is truly the #1 focus of this hotel. As I arrived, the woman who checked me in realized it was my birthday a few days ago and upgraded us to a suite (I am a Marriott plat member) Nonetheless, the check In was effortless and they made me feel really special. The room was wonderful, amazing water pressure in the shower. The club lounge staff also did a phenomenal job of taking care of us. It was 100% relaxing and exactly what we needed. My husband really enjoyed the gym in the hotel as well.
